The Institute Reciclar -T3, or T3 as affectionately called, is a nonprofit, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), characterized as a research, development and capacity-building Institute for Environmental Design. Its technology is based on the 3 R’s (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) for the transformation of recyclable & reusable discards through creative processes and into sustainable products.
